Hotel O CZ Inn — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Looking for a stay in lucknow - don't go for it. I can't understand how and why Oyo listed this property under their brand. The hotel didn't provide the basic toiletries, leave aside the breakfast and other supplies. The hotel doesn't have good shops nearby and you need to travel long for every basic need. Rooms were in bad condition. Walls had dampness and spitting spots. It was all untidy and smelly there. Bedddings were not cleaned since don't know when and had spots. Flush wasn't functional and seat was broken. No room service was available. Didn't even get breakfast till 11 am (checkout time) even after placing an order at 8 am. They said kitchen isn't ready yet. What kind of hotel say that? Won't recommend this...

Fraud hotel.. they will give you the booking confirmation on ur email n when you go for stay n ask for the room they will tell u that there is no any booking.. so be aware.. ftaud n staff behaviour was pathetic.
