My recent stay at this OYO hotel was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was immediately asked to pay an additional ₹300 on top of the price shown on the OYO app. When I questioned this, the receptionist rudely replied that the price displayed on the app was OYO’s rate, but their hotel had different prices, requiring me to pay the extra amount.

After checking in, I found there was no water in the washroom, and to make matters worse, I had to pay extra for drinking water, charged per bottle. The room itself was poorly maintained—broken door locks, a smelly mattress, and neither the Wi-Fi nor TV worked during my stay.
