Dear Restaurant Owner,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred at your Sector 2 outlet on 14th November around 10:10 AM. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of this matter, as it raises serious questions about food safety and service standards at your establishment.
During my visit, I ordered a plate of chole bhature. To my surprise, I observed the server bringing a plate of bhature that had already been served to another customer and had remained on their table for approximately 5-7 minutes. The previous customer had visibly touched both the plate and the food multiple times. When I noticed this, I refused the plate and requested that a new one be prepared, citing hygiene concerns.
However, instead of preparing a fresh plate, the server took back the existing plate and, without informing me, deep-fried the same bhature before serving it to me again. I only realized this after consuming one bhatura, at which point the server admitted to this practice. Although I reported this to the on-duty manager, it was apparent that he was already aware of the situation.
As a result, I am now feeling unwell after consuming what was clearly compromised food. This experience has not only affected me physically but has also greatly diminished my trust in your restaurant's standards of hygiene and customer care.
I hope the management will take this matter seriously and implement corrective measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Unfortunately, due to this experience, you have lost a potential loyal customer, and such practices will inevitably harm your brandβs reputation if not addressed promptly.

Then waiter did not even paid full attention to our table..they did not even see how many seat we require. We kept standing n after sometime we ourself asked for extra chair..h Then no spoon fork were given as per our order given.
