Hotel O The Ashiyana Inn — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

🚫🚫Never go to this dirty 1st floor hotel which has no lift , straight staircase , unhygienic place to waste your hard earned money 👎🏻👎🏻 Cheap owner & his brother who run this hotel are very Greedy & unprofessional. There staff CLEANS TOILETS WITH TOWELS 🤬 Can you imagine & think about other hygiene maintenance. Rooms have dust which is not even cleaned properly on requests. They use used bedsheets, blankets multiple times which I caught red handed including cleaning of toilet seat with Towel. Was forced to stay here due non availability of hotels due to marriages in sahalak & Kumbh. Owners are rude, unprofessional & greedy. They charge 90 ₹ for 4th grade very small toasts Nothing is given complimentary 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 2nd floor was stinking, had shek of wine & urine (like public toilet) horrible 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 A BIG NO to go in...

Worst hotel experience!!! Booked a room for a friend online. I paid the total amount while booking but when we reached to check in, the manager at the reception starting asking extra money which was double the amount I paid for booking saying that you have only paid partial amount but that was not true. There was no due amount showing in the app that I used to book the room. I showed him my booking details but he refused to let us in saying we cannot go in without paying extra amount. When I refused to pay they started misbehaving. Never book this hotel...

The location of the hotel is convenient and the room was good. But the service was very poor. There was no restaurant in the hotel. The hotel couldn't even provide bed tea in the morning. I asked for bed tea and they told they can provide only at 8:00 AM. Before that, I went outside and took the tea. The staffs are always engaged in looking mobile and TV rather than attending...
