Narayan Veg — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Narayan Veg was so poor that I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this restaurant has serious management and service issues.

To begin with, the staff took an unreasonably long time just to take our order. Despite having several servers walking around, no one seemed interested in attending to us. We waited for what felt like forever, with no acknowledgment or apology. The lack of basic hospitality was astonishing.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was equally disappointing. The dining area was unclean and poorly maintained, which made the entire experience feel uncomfortable. There was no sense of cleanliness or organization, and the place felt chaotic and neglected.

What made things worse was the rude behavior of the staff. When we politely asked about the delay in service, we were met with unfriendly and dismissive responses. Instead of addressing our concerns, they seemed irritated and unprofessional. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that expects repeat business.

There were other issues as well, including loud noise, unclean tables, and a general lack of coordination. Not once during our visit did we feel like valued customers.

Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I will not be returning to Narayan Veg. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to improve both their service and cleanliness. Until then, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a decent meal or a pleasant dining experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO’NT GO...

Taste of food was at par & economical. But worst thingh was the owner sitting at cash counter was very arrogant n didnt know how to behave/talk to the guest. Restaurent forcibily gave mineral water bottle even after we requested for regular water. When we insisted for regualr water only the owner started nonsense talks and arguements very rudely. They charged for the mineral water @Rs.20 per bottle even when we wanted regualr water only for which owner said they never provide regular water and mineral water which they serve forcibily is charged in the bill from the guest. This practise is against famous verdict of Hon'ble Allahabad High Court which says no restaurent can deny for regular water n also they can not charge for it. I think after having this kind of unpleasant experience will never visit this...

I Had come to visit for a dinner night with my family, it was completely full. We were out waiting for our turn, suddenly from no where a stone come and hit me on my arms , i was holding my one year child in my arms. When I requested to see the cctv footage the person at the desk denied saying that it was not his concern as it had not happened inside restaurant. I said if I wud hv not been at that place it cud have broken ur glass door or it cud hv hit my daughter if she wud hv been on another side. But he clearly denied and said he himself is a lawyer and knows the law and said I am not going to show you the cctv footage nor to the police. Worst ever experience how cud be someone so much insensitive? The person in photo marked in circle was the one on counter.....really...
