Cafe Big Shack — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

We asked waiter to switch on the fan where we seated but he ignored. Later we had to go to the counter to ask again as we couldn't find switch ourselves.

We asked for a couple items from menu to which waiter said they can't be served.

We ordered one Singapori noodles and two shakes, and when nothing was served after 45 minutes we went to counter again, then they served two shakes but noodles weren't ready.

After another 10 minutes waiter came to put empty plates on our table. When asked about noodles he said 2 more minutes.

After 10 more minutes ( 1 hr 5 min after ordering) the waiter came and put noodles on our table but didn't serve.

Also no sauce or accessories were served.

When we served noodles ourselves we found them cold.

At this point we had lost interest in the food and restaurant. We asked for bill of two shakes and one mineral water.

The manager at counter didn't ask us about why we are returning the noodles. He bluntly asked waiter to check temperature of noodles as if we were lying about them being cold.

When manager found noodles were really cold he simly asked waiter to take them back.

No one apologised to us for the huge inconvenience and unpleasant experience.

Conclusion: totally hated the restaurant and rude service. Prices also seem too high after seeing the below average service. Dont visit this place unless u want to...

We ordered Blue Berry Juice/Shake and Honey Chilly Potato(HCP) and to our surprise blue berry juice was 🤢 red colour upon asking the staff, they mentioned that's what they have been 😠 serving. The HCP was more worse, we couldn't take more than one serving each.

The situation was worse when the staff switched off the ❄️ AC without consent, and we got a indication that they were requesting us to vacate.

The restaurant has self service based, so you order and take your self. We have ordered snacks and cold drinks find that the cold drinks are not cold the presence of ice cubes are more the show the drink is not so good. We observe this the table have some fungus one of the side. When we want to order filter coffee menu does not allow us.
