Had a worst experience.. I don't know how people are giving it 5star ratings, this outlet doesn't even deserve 0 stars

My first impression was wooooww they don't even have the parking space because they occupied the whole space by parking their own delivery bikes everywhere

After that I ordered medium cheese burst pizza,chicken wings and stuffed garlic bread amounting 940/- First it took approx half an hour to deliver first order,after reminding 2 times. Then they gave me rotten chicken wings with bad smell, and they claim that everything is fresh there( simple lie) After that they didn't even care to provide Bill for the same,I had to call them back for the bill which i paid blindly.

So my overall experience was pathetic and very unsatisfactory. Cheap class pizza which you can buy from any road side shop Nothing is fresh there as they claim,40% of items are stale. Never gonna come back there, so many better options like pizza hut, Domino's and Rominus is there to...

Today was the opening of this place. They were offering us an offer as per their pamplet to get 2 pizzas for Rs 1. My father called the person at 4.11 pm who works there and she asked us to come there to claim the offer. She just said that we need 2 phones . So my father and I went there and asked them for the offer. They started giving excuses that the offer got closed at 3 pm . Later they said the offer got closed at 4 pm. Why did they ask us to come there then ? I felt so bad about these lies. It was just a trap to bring customers. They didn't value our time. I came there from far. I didnt even say anything to them as they just said sorry but I cant let others get fooled by their service and lies. Sorry is for mistakes not for sins.I just want to say that I don't wish bad for them but please don't start a bussiness from lies and traps as God watches...
