Worst hotel !! Worst service !! Worst reception staff !! Poor hotel staff !! Worst food taste and quality !!
Each room has some issues. Either the room's AC is not working or the toilet seat is broken or the flush of the toilet is not working. In one room the exhaust fan isn't working then in another room you can't lock the toilet door. In one of our rooms, we can't even call the reception because the intercom was not working 😂.
Can't even do housekeeping daily because every alternate day their is some issues with the laundry guys so the hotel staff can't change the bedsheets and pillow covers or give new towels everyday.
The food was highly overpriced and the taste and quality of the food was the worst you can imagine. Absolute tasteless food !!
Now, if we call the reception/restaurant (which is down there) for housekeeping or for water or for tea and coffee then we have to call them after every 10-15 mins and that too multiple times and only then they'll come to our room and give us what we asked for. Also, I had to go down to the reception so that I can tell them that I ordered something in my room and it's been over 30 minutes (believing that telling them in-person would get me the things I asked for).
We had a car but couldn't keep it in the basement because of other transport vehicles been parked in there.
Wifi was on and even connected but there was no internet connection even after it was on and connect to our phones.
I never had such a terrible experience in any hotel in my life. I Won't ever visit that hotel. And if you're till here, Trust Me, you too Never visit there !! or else...
Read moreI haven't used the hotels rooms but I have used the service of Restaurant and the food was good, but on another hand the Receptionist he don't know how to make a bill he made a bill of soft drink for 1500 which was only 400 and after that also hotel is selling there membership in the market by door to door to buy, but at time of using the coupons which we buyed with membership they refuse to take the coupons as, they are saying Owner is changed. How we will know that owner is changed there was nothing mentioned in the restaurant that this coupon will not work for this much time or owner is changed or something else, We had made a birthday party and bill was around 8500 and when we provide the coupon they refused to take and said this will not work and they replied also this will work by next month and before 3 months I have purchased that membership. As could not reply to ur response, adding it here- it wasn’t less satisfactory, it was horrible… can u go back in time and sort out the troubles my old parents, sister and wife had to face because of your greed? You guys had rooms but blinded by earning more and more declined the accommodation, and when I called the customer care, they assigned one room, with 6 times of charges as compared to the earlier booking amount. Is this your business ethics? You don’t even have basic human values left.. shameful, I am sure you would have earned lot of money and even more...
