Rudransh Residency — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Will suggest never to book this hotel for family for the following reasons - No service boy available for room service. Room condition was terrible with bad odour,torn bedsheets, dirty toilets, geysers not working,room keys not available, no chairs to seat in the room . Very bad food arrangement, worthless taste and abnormal rate of food. Overall behaviour specially of Biswajeet Dey( so called manager/owner) was extremely bad & addament attitude. No car can be parked in front of the hotel. When luggage was being taken in the car from room no service man was available & even was said to move the car from front of the hotel. So pathetic condition. According to the hotel tariff the hospitality received was 100% opposite farely said worthless hotel with improper room tariff. Totally opposite from what advertised in YouTube. Total bluff advertisement. Will suggest not to go in this hotel followed...

Rats in the room who were always ready to sneak in your food. When you Will complain to hotel staff they will say rats to yehi rehete hain nikal nahi sakte . No drinking water given Toilet flush was not working for all 2 days even I complained in first 5 mins of stay. Hotel staff was very rude and not cooperative at all They will even charge you for the bad furniture they have used if you bymistake break it so check the furniture properly before checking in. No one will pick your call if you will call at reception for any kind of help or support. Totaly waste of money dont look at their rooms decoration its totaly fake. I was there in last week for 11th nov till 13th nov. Here I can not upload video but I have proofs how they misbehaved and talked rudly when you will simply ask for help Highly...

Had an average stay at this hotel. It is located a bit far from the Gadolia Area or Kashi Viswanath temple. You need to hire a rickshaw or auto to reach those places. Rickshaw charged us Rs 70. From Sankat Mochan temple, rickshaw charged us Rs 200.The room was neat but the washroom kept stinking 24 hrs. They have lift facility. Only veg food is available with very limited options. We asked for morning tea at 8 a.m which was never served. We asked for onion salad while having dinner, we were never served. We had to check out at 9 a.m the next day and we were told that breakfast would also not be available by that time. could not locate any restaurant nearby. We roamed on the streets in search of breakfast and finally has it from roadside thela. Staff was polite. They need to improve...
