Bistro B2 — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I am a big south indian food fan and I love it when people bring out amazing fusion out of our authentic Indian food...The new South Indian menu introduced by Bistro is to die for if you are a true south indian food lover....A lot of options are available at reasonable prices...

Their Idli chilly is flavourful and if you like uttapams then do try their special paneer spicy uttapam and cheese mushroom uttapam in which the original recipe of uttapam is a bit modified by adding paneer ,mushrooms and nice spices...

Spring roll dosa was nice but coming to their newly introduced self curated variety of dosas,

American delight dosa, salsa noodle dosa and american choupsey dosa, the fillings of each of them were different and unique but lacked prominent flavours so that could be improved....Desert "Say hello to the queen" was nice carrying crunchy oreos topped with ice cream and chocolate syrups ...It would have been better if nuts were sprinkled on it and brownie base would have been used.

Ambience is really funky and youth friendly with sufficient seating space...Service is nice as well...A good...

Bistro B2 is the next Gen place of Varanasi. Food: We started our meal with some mocktail and shakes. The blue lagoon was great, where as the paan mojito was exotic. We tried two types of salad Prime Italian Salad and Baked Chicken Salad which was freshly made and great to the eyes and taste. For starter we had Chilly Paneer Quesadilla which is a amazing combination of Mexican and Indo chinese cuisine, the Idli Burger was the most innovative dish and we loved it. They have amazing range of non-veg kebabs, like Kakori kebabs, Reshmi kebab and Chicken Barwa. I had the best Risotto ever and Reshmi kebab was the shows topper, it was beautifully presented with the clouds of egg white and each bite of kebabs has that aroma of desi ghee. Food without dessert is incomplete so we had Say hello to the cream and chocolate banana crepe which was fantastic. Ambience: The ambience is wonderful, it is best suited for family, friends, coffee lover or even date. It has a soothing vibes which make this place a classic place to visit. Service: They have excellent management...

A lovely place to visit with your friends and family ... The bistro is divided into two floors and they are quite spacious ... Now straight away coming on the food this time I tried their new chinese-south indian combo . To my surprise it was supper tasty and super unique .. like can you imagine you're getting both chinese and south Indian dish in plate .... There must try dish is chilly idli , American delight dosa , american choupsy dosa , cheese chilly uttapam and also mushroom dosa (if you like mild flavors) in dessert section 'say hello to the Queen ' is something which every one will enjoy ... Again the service and standard of ambience both are impressive and one's visit can never be a...
