Please don't ever visit the CCD of JHV. It's the worst place. I met my friends at JHV. The Burger King, food court etc were quite busy thus We went to CCD, which was the worst decision ever made. Ruined my whole mood. There isn't any option of giving zero or negative ratings or else I would have given that. I ordered there 3 cold coffees and 1 cappuccino, and they charged 820 INR for that. They didn't gave me the bill after payment so I thought maybe it will be provided at the end... Everything was so so bad...I had always thought that cold coffee is a very easy thing even roadside small cafes also make it good but I was wrong. CCD is famous for coffee but it was a complete waste of money here. My sufferings didn't end here also when we were leaving then also they didn't gave me the bill so I asked for it. But the waiter never came with it. So I went and asked for it again cause I wanted to see what they had charged this much for such a horrible experience. They had no idea of the bill...after some time they gave me the bill. I didn't had time so I just took it and what I am seeing after coming home that they had charged me for FRAPPE instead of cold coffee!!!! Like what the hell...you don't know the difference between the two of them. And let's consider you gave us frappes by mistake but that wasn't anything like frappe !!!! I told the server... That your coffee wasn't close to good also...and he was just...

CD in varanasi is not like other cities, the experience and overall service is very bad. I have been to CCD many times expecting this time it will be good, but they always disappointed by them. One time I ordered a black coffee costing Rs 40, instead they serve me a black mocha which cost Rs 120, when I complained about it they don't have any idea only blank faces.

Another time I ordered a cappuccino, it was so bad water, milk,and coffee i can taste separately.
