Muslim Musafirkhana — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

About 2-3 years back, it was a good yet cheap place to stay for Muslims, but at present it has become worst. Dormitory is very dirty without any cleaning, washrooms too are also in very bad shape. Mostly you would not get private room and if you are lucky to get one, you'll be required to use your own bedsheet, otherwise be prepared to sleep on dirty bedsheet. Washerman doesn't visit here for months together, hence all bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty. It is not sure whether you'll find its canteen functioning, be prepared to take outside food. Summers here are immensely painful, no cooler etc. Its management seems to be least bothered what sort of difficulties the occupants are facing here. My experience of having stayed one night here about four months back during summer was immensely horrible that I can't explain although I have also seen its glory and good days in the past, but this time I was utterly disappointed to see this place in such a bad shape. Hope its management takes some good measures to revive...

The place is near to railway station , staff behaves like they are the sole owner of the place. DONT BOOK ONLINE as it never works.Once the money is deducted then no one will pick the call and you will not get any support. I tried my best and reached a support number and he gave me number of high official in haj commitee Mr Arif he accepted 9 months back that there is issue in refund and bank is processing it. I reached out to him 3-4 times everytime he said its happening and then no reply for 8 months. Its a corruption as mine 3000 rs are stuck. Just Imagine how many other such transactions would have failed and where is all that...
