1/5 - Disappointing Stay at Roop Guest House

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Roop Guest House, and I must say it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The rooms were small and dingy, with worn-out furniture and dirty linens.

The bathroom was in a pathetic state, with leaky faucets and a broken showerhead. The staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns, and the service was slow and unfriendly.

The location was also quite far from the city center, making it difficult to access local amenities. The food was average at best, with limited options and poor quality.

Overall, I would not recommend Roop Guest House to anyone. There are far better options available in the area, and I would advise others to explore those instead.

The steps to the guest house is so steep that heart patients will die without fail if they climb the steps. The owner is ruthless and inhuman since he refuses to pay either the entire advance amount or a part of the advance amount of Rs.3,000 we paid for booking 3 rooms on 10.04.2024 as we are all 60 plus years of age and heart patients when we requested him on seeing the steps and rooms. The rooms are not good and are very dark when one of our group members climbed the steps with great difficulty and checked on 10.04.2024. Very dirty guest house, owner is greedy, sneaking in nature, staff have no sense big duffer, I was in problem one time have NDA exam next day but owner didn't cooperate with me refuse to gave me mine booked room, booked on name of my brother he unable to came and demand same amount of money to book again.
