OYO 48927 Hotel Kabir — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I booked a room in Hotel Kabir through OYO Rooms in September 2019 which cost 686 rupees as I came from Indore to Lucknow, then I reached Hotel Kabir after booking the room, then at the reception, Mr. told me that what price booking the room Then I told him after that he said that no room is empty here, the whole is at the cost of 1400 and He refused to give the room. Room was not willing to pay at all to any room OYO value with me After that I went and looked at the rooms in the hotel myself, and I got a very good room for 600 INR per day. I want to ask one thing from the hotels that if you do not have a room & Don't give room in less or the room is not empty, then why do you show on OYO and why you make fun of someone's feelings. Very worst experience with the room here! I stayed here for 4 days and the service of the hotel really disappointed me..they didn't replace the bedsheet even after saying that it should be changed, we're using it for 3 days,,they didn't act on it!
