I was reading the comments given by customers to the hotel. Maximum has given 1☆ only, because there is no provision to provide less than 1, if it was possible I could have given minus(-) 1crore and maximum if possible. Why, I was travelling to lucknow and I was supposed to reach at 0300 hrs to Lucknow on 2nd June. so, I booked hotel at 2130 hrs on 1st June from Goibibo avoiding my self from searching hotel in early morning.I paid the amount fully by online and received confirmation from Goibibo and oyo for the same. When I reached hotel in early morning, the manager denied me checkin in hotel. "Room nhi hai, kisi aur ko de dia. You are late for check-in, standard time is 1200 hrs. Itne paiso me yaha kamra nhi milta. Jao yaha se aur koi hotel dundh lo. Goibibo se baat kar lena. You will get refunded." I talked to oyo customer care for the same but there was no solution. They were providing hotels which was 8 km from the hotel. When I paid all amount in advance , what time I should reach premises, what is issue in it. if I have got confirmation from Goibibo and oyo, how can they denied for check-in. Read moreThis OYO 8074 Hotel G 9 has brought lot of frustrations to me and to my team members. This Hotel is full of unprofessional staffs. We denied to check-in after watching the room conditions and reviews from guests already present there. It is a dirty hotel with small rooms and foul smelling bedsheets, pillows, curtains, towels. Totally unhygenic atmosphere, I must say. We were shifted to another Hotel after long discussion with OYO team and team have already apologized for such inconvenience caused. And believe me it could be a nightmare thinking how could we people would stay there in that pathetic conditions. I guess, OYO team is overlooking reviews available in internet for this particular hotel. A OYO rating 4.4 is nothing but a forcefully multiplicative overrated rating achieved by the hotel staffs by the way of pressuring its guests. I wish I could have rated in minus digits... I was pay for every facility in advance. Unprofessional staff. They provide tap filled water bottle. When I say him about this they reply "If you don't like leave it but your money was not returned. You should do complain. You don't pay us you pay online." Very bad staff. They don't know how to deal customers. I pay for standard double room but they provide saver room just look like a store room. Money is everything for this hotel. If you pay in advance they will show you worst behavior. They charge money for every service. I show them. I already pay for this they say you don't pay us u pay online.
