Rahi Pathik Niwas — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

If you're used to of stay in a state government run hotels, you would not complain. We stopped over for a night and since the rating here had set our expectations, it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience. We arrived at 10:20 pm by car after driving 900 kilometers from Delhi. The manager had informed that the restaurant closes at 10 pm, despite that they managed to get food for us. The food was basic home-like food. We were shown an AC room and decided to stick to it without checking the other options. The room was large with top quality mattress, bed linen and towels. AC was working perfectly and the washroom had functioning geyser, western toilet, and to our surprise toilet paper as well. We had dinner, a very good night sleep and warm morning shower. The staff were helpful and check in/out was smooth. The lawns are manicured and weather was awesome to we got some beautiful photos there.||||It's a big hotel with over 100 rooms, so don't expect all the rooms to be of the same standard. Guess, we got one of the better ones. The similar room in other hotel costs more than double. If you book and AC room, expect better experience. Stick to basic food, if you wish to try something lavish look for other options or move to bigger cities. ||||Don't be surprised if a mouse is doing marathon in your room or you find a spider on the wall. If you report to them, the staff will drive them away.||||Overall, a great value for money since you've limited stay option in Kushinagar. If you're an Indian, you're not likely to complain. But, if a mouse or a spider scares you to death, please book another hotel. ||||The staff were very courteous and respectful and they deserve a pat on the back. Though, you should not expect them to be artificially grinning at you like Hiltons...

Pathik Niwas is the one of the best place in Kushinagar, it is on a very good location. The environment of this hotel is perfect, you won't find any noise problem here it is a very peaceful place. The most fascinating thing about this is that it is very close to nature, you will not be bore here you can see alot of flowers and beautiful trees. The room are neat and clean which is a good thing and the staff of hotel maintain this everyday and the cost of this is also not very much, it is available on very less price point.

Here canteen available as well so you can have your favorite food here and best thing is that you can have any food here Foreign foods are also available so you don't have to go anywhere to find that . But the cost of food is little expensive so see the menu before ordering anything. If you wanna book a room here you can book it online by using make my trip it only costs ₹999* In this hotel you won't get any disturbance from the people around or the staff members, The parking of cars, bikes and other vehicles are available here too It is one of the best place in Kushinagar to live and hotel staff is also friendly so you won't be disturbed by any other things, So i would recommend you to come here and take a look at this...

Room service staff was so arrogant, we checked in at 9:40pm 9:45 we ordered chilly paneer, and order taker at call you want anything else apart from this we are going to close the kitchen, and other orders will be taken after this , I requested him start preparing this send this as starters , and let me see menu and I will call back you in 5 minutes', . And in reply he said no you have to order now or I will take your order, then when order the main course, and requested him to send the staters as before the main course as it take time prepare full meal , because we are hungry, he replied so rudely no order will send in one go as it's to late and staff has to go home they stay whole night for your orders. And disconnected the call and after half an hour when I haven't received my order till 10:30pm I called room service 5-6 times but no one received the call, then I contacted reception and complaint about the same , he service kitchen Staff is having dinner they will make your after then are done with thier dinner. And after 1 hours, after the complaint I received my order at around 11:30pm. And food quality was also patathic , worst food I have ever experienced in any hotel before this experience.
