1/5 - Disappointing Experience at Raj Mahal Hotel second property which thay called luxury I recently stayed at Raj Mahal Hotel and had a terrible experience with the staff. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially in front of my family. To make matters worse, they asked us to leave in the middle of the night, around 12 o'clock, without any valid reason.

Furthermore, the staff repeatedly called our room throughout the night, disrupting our peace and causing unnecessary disturbance. The lack of courtesy and respect shown by the staff was unacceptable.

I would not recommend Raj Mahal Hotel to anyone due to their poor customer service and unprofessional staff behavior.

They are frauds.. We were six people searching a hotel to live in when we came to know about this hotel through one of the booking apps. The price for 2 rooms and 6 people was displaying around 1.5K but when we went there, they were asking 3.3K for the same rooms. Somehow they came to know that we are going to book the rooms through online because it's cheaper.. What they did next was a dirty move to earn money, they increased the price in all the sites. They did it because they knew that we will be booking the rooms as we were there in the hotel with all our lugages. But, at the end we didn't, we searched another hotel and went there. I'm thinking if this is the behaviour before booking then what would have happened after booking the rooms. Also, I came to know from one of the reviewer that there are bed bugs...

Lower than average stay. Found a lizard in the room. Multiple times got stranded in the dark bathroom while taking shower, Bathrooms have no ventilation, so have to stand in the dark during power cut. TVs are showpiece, taps are leaking, room windows are locked by wires which makes it without any ventilation, just 1 fan at corner for the whole room. Staff during checkout demanded tips continuously, gave him 500 rupees note as didn't had change, asked to return 400, he vanished with the currency. Property has lift after you climb a floor from stairs and located within 2 kms from temple are positives. They have claimed their property as 5 star property on Google, this is fake. Don't be misguided by this. Even 3 star hotels have much more amenities than this property. This is not even worth 3...
