Chestnuts - Rathyatra — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The bakery is pathetic and so are all its branches, they sell stale pasteries and cakes at a exrobitantly high price I have visited this shop many times but i returned unsatisfied and felt all my money has gone in drain. I visited the shop to buy a cheese pastry( which in any other good bakery will cost you ₹50, but they sold me one for ₹80,ok i thought may be the quality would be lot better) and when i ate it was the most disgusting cheese cake that i ever had it was foul smelling and the cheese tasted like KHOA( dairy product use to make indian sweets).

Another time i went with my friends and ordered some chocholate pastries and the bread of the pastry was hard the chocholate was all sticky and it tasted like it has been kept there was more than 2 days and when we inquired the staff said it is fresh...(LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE)

Don't buy from this bakery instead go for other bakeries that are in its proximity, their quality Is lot better and price...

Playing with brand...worst experience of visit...None of staff knows how to behave with customer ...they push to pay the bill amount without proper handover of cake..and after that not able to respond properly..... everyone seems like confused ... worst experience...i paid my 550 rupees bill and told to keep this money and cake both as well....and enjoy with your staff....

I m shocked how company given his franchise and make brand value down..

So this happened at chestnut ravindrapuri - they sold an expired item to us. We spoke on the phone to get it returned and were told to get it to them and the needful would be done. But when we go there to return it, they slide it towards us very disrespectfully saying that we don't have a bill. And this happened when we had already bought items worth 900 INR already and were about to make a payment. Never returning to...
