Sarnath Cafe — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I went thrice here . In different season . It was summer when I went with on og y friend , monty . It was too hot , so wo decided to hangout and to have lunch and dinner any other place. So we roam and there for a while around saranath and suddenly we saw Saranath cafe .It so relaxing when we went inside . Because it's basement was having normal room temperature .So we thought to stay for a while there and then to order our meal .We ordered some non veg food and coldrink . First they serve coldrink and then asked us to wait for a while to take their own time for preparation of our non veg special tandoori , and lolipop. It seems too early but we passed atleast forty to forty five minutes with colddrink and some snacks .After that finally we got our lunch pack what we orders . It wasn't so testy as we expected then we complaint to the manager who was observing over there . He at the instance took action for the complain and asked his chef to take back that and serve us as we wished . After few minutes again the vaitor came to us and asked us to check our food whether it is up to our mark or not . We went there and we did as they asked , we were completely satisfied with the lunch pack then we thank them fir such a wonderful service and food for for us . Thank you so much...

Warning 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Never to visit, if you want to spend some quality time with your family or close ones. Pathetic experience. 1.The service of restaurant 0/10 2.Behavior of workers towards guests worst 0/10 (sadak kinare khade ho k kha lo jada achha feel hoga) 3.Decorations- 8/10 just to attract customers. 4.Food - charge like 4* hotel and quality worst than street food .(Even a thela wala can provide you better food.) Its better if you visit make bill of 4k 5k at least to get respect as a customer , otherwise you will be treated like hell, 400rs , 500 rs bill is considered as nothing, you will be treated like Chindi (चिन्दी) by their 2 kaudi staffs.

The last and funniest 😂 part, this is the condition of restaurant, when there is not a single customer except you . which is very obvious. If you avoid this restaurant you will save. 1- Spoiling mood. 2- Your respect as customer. 3- Wastage of...

I am a big time foodie and being in varanasi i expect much more than anywhere else. This place is something which is full of positivity , people and food.

There is so much more to appreciate. Not only the owner was kind and humble but the staff members are very active and polite . Most importantly maintaining all the cleanliness they are delivering such a delicious food is very much appreciated.
