I recently had the pleasure of dining at UP-65, and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This place beautifully captures the essence of Uttar Pradesh’s rich food culture while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming ambiance.

Excellent Food but Extremelly POOR Service.

A complete and Perfect Dinning Experience consulta of following ingredientes.

Authentic Taste + Ethinic Recipe + Fresh & high Quality Food Ingredients + Ambience and Decor + PRICING + SERVICE (most important).

Any one ingredient missing spoils the entire equation. The last two are utmost important. You score very badly in terms of SERVICE and that spoils the entire Dinning experience.

In the last one week (post lockdown) i visited your restaurant twice as I am a very old guest of yours however, I suffered and got tortured due to your extremely poor service, in my last two visits.

I give you a benefit of doubt and concession as to low staffing due to fresh opening after lockdown but you really need to pull up your manpower in Kitchen.
