Shiv Ganga Grand — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

I recently stayed at Shiv Ganga grand hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome drink, complimentary water, fast Wi-Fi, and high-quality toiletries. The view from the window was stunning, and the quiet environment made it perfect for both work and relaxation.

Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough. I also found the location ideal – close to key attractions, yet peaceful and private.

Please do not book this hotel. We had a really worst kind of experience with this hotel and hotel staff. We booked the hotel 2 days before our stay along with advance, We did call him multiple times to know the location and hotel security since we are two girls travelling. As soon as we asked for check in, they told us to come after few hrs since guest didn’t checkout yet. When we came after few hrs, they informed that they are fully booked now and they shifted us to a hotel where that staff also denied us stating they are fully booked as well. After 1 hr of drama, they shifted us to new hotel where we have to adjust. We were shifted from nearest to temple to 3km away from temple spoiling all our plans and had worst experience ever. Guys pls don’t go for this hotel. Worst ever staff...

I wish I could rate my experience below one star. To start with, I stayed in the hotel for six days and in spite of repeated requests neither the room nor the bathroom was cleaned even once. I procured fresh towels and bed sheets from the reception and made my own bed. Second, there is no dining facility though I was made to believe at the time of booking that there is dining facility. Third, the hotel provided only one glass which was never changed with fresh ones. I had to clean and reuse it. No hot water kettle or cups were provided. Fourth is the location. It stings. Overall the staff are non- cooperative. I had an extremely bitter experience...
