THE LANDMARK HOTEL — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

My today's visit was at this beautiful and vibrant Hotel. Had an amazing experience, their welcoming staff, cozy and beautiful ambience was appreciable. Besides these, the quality of food and it's thorough presentation was commendable. A long and systemic menu serves you all types of staters, breakfast, snacks, main course, drinks and dessert. Some of the dishes which I tries were- 👉Paneer Green Garlic- This was their signature dish, and was very delicious. The cubes of paneer was cotted with a batter in which infusion of grinded spinach was introduced which was very unique. 👉 Chitra Roll- It's wasn't expected by me but was a way beyond tasty and became my favourite. The roll was filled bt two contrasting items, spinach and paneer which was just awesome. 👉 Egg Chilly- Very well prepared, spicy and was delish for me. 👉 Cottage Cheese with Spinach Rolls- Never thight that they would serve paneer cubes stuffed with spinach and garlic mixture. This was innovative and very appreciable.👌 Served with a nice dip of mint and coriander 👉 Beetroot Kabab- Recently they introduced this dish to their menu, and again it was shocking to taste the kababs of beetroot stuffed with apt amount of cheese. Tastes divine when served hot. I got that perfect crisp in this.👍 👉 Paneer Methi Chaman and Kandhari Naan- This was the delicious main course. I more enjoyed that very beautifully garnished naan, which was stuffed with khoya and was perfectly balanced sweet and tastes best if served with any spicy gravy. Paneer Chaman could have tasted better if the paneer cubes were not fried, because I found cubes quite rubbery. 👉 Nitrogen Bites- Introduction of Liq. Nitrogen with wafers was quite appealing. Has booked Family Room for 3 Days. Room Size is very small as Family Room. Washroom is not clean and Tap is leaking. Towel is torn which I shown to Housekeeping Guy. When I go out in morning at 7.15 AM and told the Duty Manager Mr Ranveer to get room cleaned and came back at 11 still room was not clean and his argument is we don’t clean in that way. When Cleaners will come they will do. At night when I came back and checking the room still washroom is in the same condition not cleaned properly and Tap is still leaking. Again 2 Towels are torn. When I met Mr Ghosh so called GM of the Property he straight forward denying in our Property we don’t keep torn towels. Has shown personally to Duty Manager Mr Gaurav both torn Towels and telling him connect me to Mr Ghosh want to speak with him right away at 9.30 PM so he is telling he will not be able to connect him as he is off Duty and he will not give any answer for the same. Has conveyed him get me connected to him when he joins Duty tomorrow. Let’s see he is able to give any answer or not. I want to connect the Owner Mr Kapil for the same and conveyed to Mr Gaurav.

Let’s see who is going to answer me for the same. Had already Paid them so seems very difficult any answer to get from this 4 & Half...

IF YOU ARE THINKING PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT, THEN DO NOT PREFER THIS HOTEL

Hotel is good and staff are very friendly and very polite but safety and privacy are very important than anything else. Once you will go out for city visit, immediately They will open your room with master key. If you question about this, they will tell you that it is their routine cleaning procedure

When we are in our room no one came for cleaning, but After 12:30 we gone for lunch, they opened my room and rearranged my bags and dresses, when we came back be found that all the items are not in the same location where we kept.

We afraid about our cash and gold ornaments which we kept in the bag. But honestly they not touch the money.

So next day I was placed DND door but after that also they opened my room.

They are honest or not, this type of active make customer unsecured

This hotel have only three car parking. On MakeMyTrip mention that car parking available. When we reach here they ask us to park on road . After long argument, they park my car

Food. Do not select South Indian food Breakfast are disaster better avoid.
