The Nawab's Hotel and Banquet — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Well talking about the location I find the location very off, quite isolated but not outside the city. It's like not that populated It will be hard to find a auto or something but that's not really an issue you can cabs very easily. The checking was smooth everything went well. The rooms are quite clean & cozy. They had every amenity they have mentioned, provided bathroom slippers. I liked the behavior of the hotel staff. They are soo Cooperative & always at your service, very welcoming gesture. The room service & kitchen was also gud i asked for tea which was quite flavorful & i got impressed with it 😁. My experience with The Nawab's Hotel, Lucknow, has been horrendous. They refused check-in against my online booking with Agoda. Hotel's argument - that I had booked with FabHotels and they have discontinued the tie-up with FabHotels. I then called FabHotels. FabHotel's argument - that they could only give me an alternate booking 14 kms away from my desired location. The Nawab's staff told me that if I have lost 10k it's not their problem. It was not their concern. I had to find my own solutions. It's not their problem in any manner. That's the state of hospitality industry in India - many partners in profit, disgruntled customers and no one takes...

We stayed here for marriage function, rooms are good, some are very spacious with clean bedsheet and washroom and huge glass view on one side

Quick room service, good taste of tea Lift available, far from city but near to marriage garden

They have in house restaurant too

That day we faced electricity problem many times, also the staff will keep reminding you the checkout time that was bit annoying

And once you checkout no one was there to put your luggage even in cars
