Hotel City Castle — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Its rare to find out the hotel with views and hygienic rooms and location, city castle was one of them.

Location is near picture palace. Mall road is just 2km from the hotel. Hotel have many rooms like deluxe, super deluxe and normal rooms which have views, balcony and mountain views.

We have booked 2 rooms deluxe and super deluxe with mountain views and it was so amazing to see the view from balcony specially in the night and early morning. Soo mesmerising views.

Rooms were decent. Net and clean with well maintained items. Have enough space and double bed with comfortable sheets.

Bathroom was net and clean. No smell. Decent fragrance was there with all equipment like soaps, shampoo, clean and washes towel.

Have both warm and cold water options in the bathroom with bucket and all other items.

Overall it was wonderful and amazing experience in the city castle. They also offer breakfast services as well which can be added at the time of booking hotel over anyapp like MMT.

This is a very beautiful hotel, close to the mall road of mussourie. Very beautiful hotel with new infrastructure, modern life features and very good location, this hotel is one of the best choices to stay in Mussourie. You have to walk only 5 minutes to reach the mall road from the hotel. They have a space to park your car too. Now, the rooms of this hotel, the corridor, the balconies, everything is very beautiful. They have every modern life features in their room with a very beautiful attached bathroom inside. Geyser, room heater, tv everything is there. For drinking water they have aquaguard too in the dining room. Food is also available there in the dining as well as you can bring them in your room too. Room service is always available. Food is very tasty and they serve it in a very hygienical way. Staff work there are also very well behaved and friendly. Overall experience was very good...

I want it to review point wise.

Location - it's 800 mtrs away from local taxi stand named as picture place and mall Road. Car parking is adequate but roads are quite narrow to reach hotel. Liquor stores are within the same distance.

Food - we had non veg so it was acceptable as far as taste is concern. Mostly they don't serve tandoori items although stated in menu

Service - it was better than expected, they promptly served our requests and made couple of call to our room in advance to ensure it.

Room - It was good for the price I paid for. Just that it was lacking clean sheets and comforters make sure to check it out. Bathrooms were clean but only one towel was provided for 2 members.

Please note you need to pay extra for room heater.
