Very Very Poor & Bad experience in my whole life in this Poor & Dirty Krishna Palace Hotel 😡😡😡😡😡 The Whole Hotel Management and Hotel staff is so much Bad and rude behaviour,way of talking is too rude,No manners and no co-operate with staff in this hotel in some conditions as no drinking water provided in night,no Wi- Fi facility,T.V connection is not working,no Free parking facility provided by Hotel management,so bad food provided by Hotel staff 😡😡😡😡😡 Rooms are very Dirty,no cleaning provided by Hotel,no ironing facility provided by Hotel,so far from Tourist destinations of Mussoorie. Totally money waste of this Dirty Krishna Palace hotel.😡😡😡😡😡😡 really, really So Bad & Dirty Hotel.Hotel management and Hotel staff is really very Poor & rude...

I visited this place just last week . The owner confirmed me accommodation on phone. Free parking place for visitors . Ten minutes walk to mall road . Restaurant prepares on your order , so fresh food is assured . Rates are very competitive. Attendants care and regularly ask for order at the breakfast time or lunch and dinner time . ||Overall an excellent experience on a working day . Weekends naturally costs more , which I avoid .||Owner takes care too much . The hotel was good... First of all its situated in a hill station, wo reaching there is a bit difficult for sure and that's obvious... Google maps does not show its location properly and I'm sorry for not able to correct it.. Also not much people know about hotel unlike others (cause they are better and expensive too)...

Apart from that. Rooms were good... Scenery visible was breathtaking... The parking lot was itself the picture clicking area...
