Hotel heavens — Hotel in Uttarakhand

The hotel staff was worst I have ever found . They don't give the AC remote saying the silly reason that you will fingure the AC . You call us at 2 am in the morning and we will control the AC if you feel cold . Hotel staff was very rude . Specially the receptionist. Had stayed with couple of my friends this month for a few days. its a good budget hotel in the center of Haridwar near well known Prem Nagar Ashram on the main Haridwar Road. Rooms are cozy and neat and above all you can enjoy hot shower (not like hot water in buckets) a small thing but matters. Service is average for this value.
