Om Fast Food — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

On 26th of march i nd my friend sheetal visited the restraunt nd have been to the same restraunt two three times before ...everytime we were satisfied with the dishes served on the table..but what happened on 26th of march was very disappointing ..nd i m too late to comment about it but i want to bring it to the concern of the authority ....on 26th march as you can see the date already mentioned on the bottom of the right side of the photo ,i nd my frnd sheetal ordered half plate momos nd half plate noodles..there were other perople as well in the restraunt ... So what happen is that when we were served noodled first ,we started having it nd meanwhile we heard a couple asking for the return of the dish served to them cz they got cockroach in their dish ...when others heard it ,they too left immediately nd canceld their orders..i nd my friend got surprised nd for some seconds we could not even react cz we were having noodles nd when we got tk know that one of them got cockroach served in their dish ,we could not react on that ....then the waiter served us momos nd we had not even done with that noodles nd after that cockroach incident ,we couldnot even take one more fork ....so we left it as it is nd ask to cancel momos but the waiter said you have ordered it so you have to take it now...we didnot touch it nd left to the bill counter their we told them that we gonna pay only for noodles from which we had hardly 4 to 5 forks still ,we didnot want to be rude on that nd left after paying half ..we too bought two choclated but the choclated also seemed staled ..may be that day you were having a bad luck but it is not something to be ignored ...that is reallly reallly disappointing....you must ensure the food quality nd hygiene that you are serving...work on the quality and hygiene of the food more than on the decoration nd interior changes of the walls....hygiene nd quality of the food are the two important things which will bring you more customers nd fame..thankyou... Think before ordering at Om Fast Food. Their menu will puzzle you up. Menu says different and food serves different. I ordered afghani momos. When I have gone through the menu I saw afghani momos again under tandoor category then within 2 mins we called the waiter and told him to change the order but he bluntly went inside instead of changing the order he placed a plate full of steamed momos excessively dissolved in cream+mayonnaise alongwith dry fruits (kaju, badam pista and kismis) which almost seemed like ghewar to me. I asked him to change the order as we didn’t mean to order creamy momos we want to have afghani momos which itself means tandoori momos dipped in white gravy. When we went at the counter the owner himself disagreed to explain the exact meaning of afghani momos and cut the amount without any explanation and apologies. Alas! He 100% lost a long run customer but for him rs. 230 is more important than a reliable customer. So, think before...
