Terrible Experience! It was my first ever experience where it's very hard to find any positives in the hotel. The only positives I came across is the outer look, parking space, location as it is on the foot step of Mussoorie. But that's not make any sense if rest all is pathetic whether it is about hotel staff (bad and rude behaviour), poor service (there is no preparation before delivering the rooms to their guest.), cleanliness issues (smelly rooms and water leakage in whole bathroom), unhygienic rooms (untollerable smell), AC not working, Inadequate breakfast. There were no toiletries and even they don't provide any tea bags and milk powder to get some refreshments on your own and even after asking for the same they would deny. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. So please think 100 times before booking this hotel even if you are getting it of free of...

Very poor hotel. Stayed their with family to attend meeting in The Aryan School. Only advantage is that it is very near to the school. Breakfast was complementary but you can only get one item and tea or coffee. Although the menu card says toast omelet, they said if we take toast, omelet will be charged extra. Toilet was dirty with dirt sticking on wall, Health faucet was not working with leaking pipe. no hot water in basin and in tap. As many times we asked for black coffee, we got black tea. Beware if you are allergic to any food!!. We have strictly asked not to put cabbage in noodles, but the same came in plenty with the food. No plates with cup and no napkins with room service. Food quality has no standard. In the evening chilli chicken was quiet good, when asked for the same item 2 hours later, got a different tasting item with a couple of small pieces of chicken. They do not have any tie-ups with any taxi service. We almost missed our night train as we were not able to find any...
