From the moment I arrived, it became painfully clear that this establishment was nowhere near the standards one would expect from a decent hotel. Allow me to outline the numerous issues I encountered during my stay. First and foremost, the facilities were appalling. The lack of maintenance was evident everywhere, and it made for an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, the staff members were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. they couldn't care less about their guests. I encountered multiple instances of staff members ignoring my requests, speaking condescendingly, and showing a complete lack of empathy. It was truly disheartening to witness such poor customer service. One of the most basic necessities in any hotel is access to water, but this place failed miserably even in that regard. Pure truth to say is that the water supply was not there, with frequent interruptions and later no water at all. Imagine trying to take a shower or even worse trying to use the washroom, only to find that there's no water available. It was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. The management of this hotel was utterly incompetent. They seemed oblivious to the issues plaguing their establishment and showed no interest in resolving them. Complaints were met with empty promises and excuses, with no tangible actions taken to address the problems.
