OYO Hotel Jay Continental — Hotel in Uttarakhand

Cleanliness is a issue, service is ok, wifi is poor which doesn't work and on breakfast they said i will give u for rs 135 and rest you have to pay, they r not giving even 2 parantha and a tea after adding complimentary breakfast. Poor skills and poor customer service. Not even single board of oyo, not even linen of oyo in the room. In bathroom 3 watt cfl which was not even enough. They didn't even gave us glasses in the room, water jug was empty, asked them twice to refill it. For 3 people they offered 2 towels only how? Are they out of mind. I had lunch afterwards and kept cutlery and utensils outside my room, they were lying outside my room till 11pm it was looking so poor i can't tell you. They closed the restaurant at 7.30pm without information, we came at 8pm after wandering in almora they said its closed and nothing to eat in dinner, then i have to again go outside to have dinner. Poor rooms no cleaning on tables and drawers, gallery was another place which was dirty. Wi-Fi has intermittent issue gets disconnected after every minute, bathroom has very low lighting. Room service said don't have heater or blower in the month of December. No hand towels were provided. They shutdown the inhome restaurant at 7.30pm without informing us, and nothing was available to eat, I was starving full night because of oyo Jay continental. Worst OYO experience, food was too much oily, I asked for chowemin they prepared it in 3minutes means just made it hot and served it, poor quality of service...

Hotel Jay Continental is a decent place for tourists who have to stop in Almora for a day to take rest before heading toward their destination.
