Royal Breeze Hotel and Restaurant — Hotel in Uttarakhand

All good reviews are from fake accounts. Real review is, No body is cooperative in that Dormantory (it's not a hotel). Nothing available from the menu provided by them they have fix items.. Once you visit the place you feel like tapped you can't request for anything.. They simple denied by asking "Yanha to Aisa hi hota hai aap dekhlo aap ko stay karna hai ya nahi". We booked two rooms for my family, they asked advance payment post that we got rooms which was not at all safe for kids "almira door was not fixed ( they given under construction room to me) and it fell down on my feel literally" and when I asked the representative (Mr Farnender),he don't feel apologize ,rather he asked me to take care ...he said if you want to stay you can, if you want go to other hotel it's you choice " Because we have given him more than 50 % amount as advance payment before checking. This is first time i am giving review I am a frequent traveller and i feel this was my worst experience..if services are not as per expectations person should be cooperative and humble,but it was not at all there. Plz visit...

The Food: I tried their kurkure momos and they were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced and tender on the inside. Paired with their masala chai, it made for an ideal evening snack in the chilly mountain air.

The View: The setting is stunning. Overlooking beautiful hills and a serene sunset, this place offers the kind of peaceful atmosphere that makes you want to sit back and soak it all in. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature with a hot cup of tea in hand.

The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring everything was served fresh and promptly. Their hospitality added to the overall great experience.

Rooms and washroom were Neat and clean.Rooms with balcony so u can have clear view of mountains and feel the fresh air.Wooden texture inside room, i loved it.So for location it deserves 5 Star rating. One small open roof provided on first floor with greenery and colorful lightings, U can relax and enjoy. We had our dinner over there only.And it was awesome. The only thing that don't expect too much regarding services like dental kit etc. Morning time services starts from 07.30 AM already informed by owner so we have to manage with it. because this one is budget hotel.Frankly speaking Just forget about small small issues.U will love your stay. Owner and Staff was very polite and cooperative. Food service was very good.Open and pure environment. Best location apart from Mall road, and everyone faced parking issue on mall road. So i would suggest this...
