Sandoz Palm Retreat, Mussoorie — Hotel in Uttarakhand

The manager itself named harinder singh try to threatned me while i was with my family and said words LIKE MUSSORIE SE NIKAL K DIKHAA DENA BHT BANDE HAI MERE PAS. So i will explain the issue now i already connected with this hotel sandoz regarding all the things i had in my mind i told them that ny mother is 60 plus age so i want ground floor but they gave me second even after confirming all the things i even asked them about parking and they said that yes we do have the parking but they never told me 500 will be additional charges for them. I swear on god everyone in the hotel was so kind and so sweet they did all the best things for me they even apologised me on their managers behalf the food was good all other staff members were very nice and very sweet but the manager used words like MUSSORIE SE NIKAL K DIKHA DENA. If a customer can pay 12000 for one stay i guess 500 they can also pay for parking but they did false commitment and later on when i told them that you should have been transparent with me this so you have to bear this then i connected with the manager and they threatned me in such a bad way that it spoiled my whole mood this review is only for manager as they used words like mussories se nikal k dikha dena...

I had the worst experience ever with this hotel. It was 10:00 PM and I reached the hotel. The manager did not give me room because I have booked the room with OYO app at a low price. The manager asked me larged amount of money and said that he won't be accepting my booking via oyo owing to less price I paid. The experience at this hotel has been worst. The services were really poor as against what they were charging per room. High music and nuisance by hotel guests and management does not bother to take any action. We logged a complaint at OYO and then only situation improved. Bed sheets were not clean.
