Hotel is Good and Clean. room service staff is also very good. but cash section staff is too stupid. he doesn't know minimum calculation of money.|I booked non AC room for two days . ( when I booked the room then AC room was not available on site). Reaching there I knew that AC room available. so I booked AC room. so they charged extra amount . that's ok but|firstly he didn't tell that extra amount is only for one days.|but now, check out time he charged double extra amount . I think he is also very careless, because He didn't notice that I booked room for two days. I have visited tarapith this month and stayed with family in this hotel.i booked few days before with a condition to provide room non AC at first floor since my parents are old and cannot freely walk, but probably I reached at late evening and they provide us rooms at 4th floor. On request they changed one room since the flush of lavatory is not working. Rooms seems that not cleaned the room floor for few days, caused dusty.more of it, it has 2 lifts ( one is not working for a long time , secind one breakdown on next morning - got indo that it is troubling for few days ).We were bound to use stairs from then.Beds very casual steel iron made caused no comfort. A very good hotel in Tarapith. If you are coming from Rampurhat station side, you will get it at first of the lot. Temple is almost 10 mins. of walking distance away, you will get battery operated ricksaw (toto) as well to reach there for your convenience.||It is a multi storied one and has elevator to access the upper floors. Rooms were nice and clean and specious too. Almost every room has a little private balcony attached.||It has a restaurant at ground floor.
