Pujarini Sweets & Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

Despite the delectable food at Pujarini Sweets and Restaurant in Tarapith, my recent experiences have been marred by disappointing encounters with the staff. During my first visit, I was asked that how would I like to pay, cash or online; I opted to pay online, only to be informed by the waiter that online payments were not accepted—a clear miscommunication that left me feeling frustrated. If they didn't have the provision to accept online payments then why shouldn't they say that clearly instead of saying that way! On another occasion, the waiter displayed rudeness, making us feel as though we were inconveniencing him by simply being there.

Furthermore, during my second visit, when I requested change for a small purchase, the cashier flat-out refused, insisting on exact change or suggesting we find another shop. This lack of courtesy and flexibility is unacceptable in any establishment. It's evident that the staff at Pujarini Sweets and Restaurant need to prioritize professionalism and customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons. One of the best place to eat in Tarapith!

Few months ago we went to tarapith for few days and we all had our breakfast, lunch and dinner at this place. We all were very happy with the taste and service! This restaurant is very reasonable in price and serves good food as well as fresh Langchha.
