OYO Hotel Kanishka Tower — Hotel in West Bengal

Worst experience!! Never ever book this hotel!! 🤢🤢🤬Me & my family stayed for the 1st half of the day. Most worst & unhygienic. I saw only two staffs were working. They are non-cooperative & just blaming each other for taking complains. We had booked a large room, the room was totally contaminated & each corners of that room contained spit of GUTKA. As we all know that toilets are attached with the hotel rooms & they have separate ventilation but here it's opposite the ventilation window was inside the room. The AC was removed with an excuse of COVID 19. No geyser was present. Presence of water inside tank was null when we entered. They provided us pillows which were dirty & had blood stained. Elevator was not operating. Totally unprofessional, they're looting money. It just looks good from outside. It's just worst than a 3rd graded lodge. Don't know how they connected with OYO. Worst place ever visited. Reception hall doesn't have any workable air conditioning. There is no provision of any kind of fans . The rooms are the worst, maintained below humane standard. Once in any blue moon the toilets are cleaned. The staircase is broken , no provision of any lift facility. And the list goes on .....

Overall if anyone want to attend a decent hotel please avoid...
