Sly Panda — Restaurant in West Bengal

Sly Panda is one of the best restaurants around here in Coochbehar. The food available here is great. There are two sides of the restaurant with the counter and kitchen in the center. It's such a beautiful place with one side of the restaurant having a Boho look and on the other hand another one with a usual casual Restaurant. It is a bit small but serves the purpose of a good restaurant. The waiters here are also very polite and responsive. One of the interesting facts about this place is that the owners are from the Hills, so they serve their traditional meals like Momo, thukpa as well. A newly opened Chinese restaurant or rather I would say Asian Restaurant. It has a different varieties of Asian cuisine of different countries rather than just only known Chinese food. I had Tested Chicken Satay, Khao Suey which were very nice. Khao Suey is made of Coconut milk which has a very distinct flavour. Kung Pao Chicken was spicy and dry but I was expecting a different version with a bit of veggies. Service was fast considering restaurant was full at that time. Inside resturant is very well decorated with nice color combination and picturistic. Staff was polite and hopefully they will learn more as they operate. During opening time my family had dinner here. Quantity is less price is more, quality is like street vendors. But in a village like coochbehar what great you can expect😜 but now they had done a blunder. They put up a stall in Rashmela, where they are just showing their money making skill. Preparing uncooked chicken Momo, Momo's with lots of Bones and so on. Amazingly noticed many just thrown away their plates due to such nonsense items. It seems that they are presenting all waste parts of chicken to make good mulla in this 20 days affair. We ordered Momo but seeing the others visuals we cancelled and got the refund, lucky enough huh ! Avoid their joint in the Rashmela. Also be careful during your visit in their outlet.
