First off, the food is absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From snacks to main courses, everything had that perfect café twist. Their loaded fries and pasta are a must-try! The portions are generous and the pricing is reasonable for the quality you get.

I had been there multiple times... They have this very annoying policy that u can't share hookah if ur more than 3 or 4 people.. We were 5 people and ordered one hookah along .. When one of my friend wanted to try it although she was not a smoker the staff stoped us from doing so saying you can't share more than 4 people.. Which was very annoying... After that experience I went their again and last time hookah had no smoke from the get go and i was told that the inexpensive hookahs are like that only, we should have ordered double portions or something. Which makes no sense. The person who was serving was extremely rude and refused to accept his mistake.. He also did not write down orders and forgot to convey orders properly.. I was waiting for a virgin mojito for half an hour only to realize he didn't even take the order properly. after I pointed out his mistake he not only refused to acknowledge it but also behaved rudely.. The thing is people working in coochbehars new restaurants , most of them have no sense of professionalism they Have no etiquette they don't know how to talk to customers.. I loved the place first time i visited but after that everytime I went there it was nothing but disappointing.. Not going...
