I booked this room in OYO since it was near the metro. On the app, it looked okay for that amount. But the hotel and its locality are filthy. On top of it, the owner named Karthik is an utterly dishonest and arrogant person with no manners. They scam people by showing one amount on the OYO app and taking double the amount from its customers. OYO is aware of these scamsters and provides little help to the customers. After waiting several hours, I could connect the service people with the manager, and I asked them to provide me with the AC room I booked for. After agreeing and disconnecting the call, the manager, at the owner's behest, told me they'd give me only a non-ac room, or I would have to pay extra for an ac room. I talked to the owner, and he shamelessly accepted that they are showing ads on OYO at lower prices to trick the customers. After that, they misbehaved with me and didn't allow me to sit in the lobby since they didn't want me to talk to OYO again. OYO has become the least reliable travel app by promoting these kinds of scamsters. This is my worst experience at a hotel. I went out of there and booked a decent room in MMT and slept peacefully without any issues.
Lesson: Unless OYO removes these criminals from their system, don't ever book...

And after reaching the hotel they were asking 250Rs more then only they will give the room, or else they will give it to some other people who have pre booked. I don't know at a time how multiple booking is done for a room. Finally we paid the 250Rs extra, atleast will get a room in an unknown place. After 2 days they took the blanket and they don't give any fresh blanket and the room was also not cleaned for 2 days. So while I ask him for a blanket he told to give a used one no fresh blanket is available and he told some lame excuses. Finally I told him to give some reduction in the bill amount considering the situation. He told need to ask to his owner. I told that I'll ask him about the reduction at that time he ask me that are you the relative or brother or someone from his family to ask to the owner about it. The behaves is a very cheap manner. Service is not good, room is not clean and customer dealing is the worst. I don't have an option to not give a star that's why I am giving one star. Not ready to give that one star too. Room service? More like "room neglect"! They probably forgot that service was even a thing. It felt like I was staying in a deserted hotel with no one to attend to my needs.
But the icing on the cake was the reception staff. Rude is an understatement! It's like they trained in a school for snarky responses. I couldn't decide if they were having a bad day or if they were naturally programmed to be inhospitable.
