Read moreAmbience: Definitely reminds you of a old madras hotel. When i entered inside it had all the incense sticks and sambrani smoke all over and made me think do they really serve non veg here?😅.
Parking: You need to park your vehicle just outside the hotel on the road. Definitely easy if you're on a two wheeler and Definitely difficult if you're on a car.
"No parking" board is kept very close to the hotel and unfortunately i had to park my scooter there.
When I was eating, police came in rounds and asked to clear all the vehicles parked in no parking.
The waiter was kind enough to help me get my scooter park safely as I was already eating. A thumbs up for the service.
Food: Definitely over priced and definitely hyped up.
I had 6 idiyappams(60), mutton paya(160) and mutton curry(160). Final bill was ₹399.
Mutton paya was decent and i liked it when compared to mutton curry. But for paya with a single piece, ₹160 is definitely high. Ideal price should be ₹80-90.
Mutton curry had 4 boneless pieces and the pieces were well cooked and good. Taste was underwhelming and didn't pack the punch as coconut paste was added excessively.
Am from madurai and I have had better mutton paya and mutton curry. Something for which you can even lose your life.
So you can try this place once just to feed your anxiety but not...
Read moreI ordered Hydrabadi mutton briyani and chicken tandoori thru swiggy. The order was delivered in time. To my attonishment the chicken tandoori was literally breaking and fully charred.A good tandoori chicken should be juicy and we'll roasted. This was opposite. Coming to the briyani. I received something which was not like briyani and even not like tomato rice also. They call this Hydrabadi briyani. If this briyani was served to nizam of Hydrabadi by his cook he would have chopped the cook's head. The briyani served was full of tomato, curry leaces, red chilly. In hydrabadi briyani they wont use tomato, usually in briyani they wont use curry leaves. The stuff I received was not like a normal briyani, not at all like Hydrabadi briyani, It was something different.MY money was fully wasted by buying food from this restaurant. So those view the review think twice before you buy. - Anandan...
