Madhura Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Went to saidapet branch today. Worst food and service. Hope they are having bad time with employees. None of the server's were attentive. They stand in one place and arguing, but never do service. They never even kept water until I asked after 10 mins. They serve all sambar , kulambu, rasam in tiny bowls holding 2 or 3 spoons which is enough for 4 or 5 spoons of rice. We need to wait for the waiters grace if we need more...And they will get back to you if they are free and notice you. Sorry Balaji bavan you lost the service and hence customers too. Yesterday I went to this hotel , I paid my bill using my debit card, 1st time I entered my pin and my money also debited but not able to print the receipt by the swiping machine then again they asked me to enter the bin again but that time also the receipt can't be printed. After I return to my home I checked my account, I got shocked, because of their fault I paid two times the same money (289+289 = 578). Then I searched their number and I tried to cantact them but the phone number is INVALID. Please don't use your cards in this hotel. If any one read this from the hotel side please refund...

This is a decent restaurant for enjoying a meal. They offer a good variety of vegetarian dishes. The waiters are primarily made up of Northeast Indian girls, and they are proficient in Tamil as well. The restaurant is located on a busy, congested road with no parking spaces. However, it is possible to park two-wheelers on the roadside. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a calm atmosphere. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. It’s worth a visit if you find yourself...
