Aasife Biriyani & Party Hall - Pallikaranai (Chennai) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Based upon my experience with Aasife Biriyani Pallikaranai. 23rd April 2023. I ordered Two kuskha, Small bucket biriyani, Lollipop chicken and Honey Chicken at 1.15 Pm. I had to wait until 2.35 for the delivery and there were no proper response as the person in the Bill counter was only busy in getting the order and doesn't care about customers. Firstly after 20 minutes, I got a response that they were defrosting the chicken. Secondly, customers are already waiting before you... Thirdly Biriyani is been prepared and currently in Dum. After couple of follow ups there was no response. I had to wait until 2.35Pm for my order. I was in a hurry coming back to home, I should have checked the order. One Kuskha was missing and food was not hot. As they gave me the old one. This review is not going to have any impact. Really bad experience which I haven't come across. I called up the restaurant to check regarding the missing order....

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today while placing an order. When we called to inquire about the details, the lady manager was very rude. As customers, we simply requested soft pieces for our medium bucket order, but she responded dismissively, saying, “Don’t put conditions on us; we will give whatever pieces we decide.” The call was then abruptly ended.

When we tried calling again, she did not answer. Left with no choice, we visited the restaurant in person to seek clarification. Eventually, we purchased the Medium Bucket Biryani, but the overall experience was disappointing.

We expect better service and a more customer-friendly approach. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better communication and professionalism...
