Areas of improvement - these are not big flaws or deal-breakers - just some minor improvement areas:
Overall, our event was a success thanks to Prabhu and his team at Turyaa.

First Impressions and Check-In: Upon arrival at Turyaa Chennai, the initial experience was underwhelming. There was no warm welcome from the staff and the lack of smiles and general enthusiasm was noticeable. The customer service was disappointing, particularly with Raj, the receptionist, who demonstrated a clear need for hospitality training. His interaction skills were lacking, making the check-in process less than pleasant. Appreciate the effort from Jayshree to make us feel good.
Accommodation: Despite the poor start, the hotel manager stepped in and was helpful in upgrading us to a room with a single mattress, which was perfect for our family as it allowed our child to sleep comfortably in the middle. The room itself was beautifully decorated, clean and elegant, reflecting the hotel's aesthetic standards.
Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it a convenient location for accessing various attractions and amenities in Chennai.
Amenities and Services: The overall cleanliness and elegance of the hotel are commendable. However, there are significant areas for improvement in terms of service: Dental Kits and Access Cards: Our family room was provided with only one dental kit and one access card. While we could request additional items, it would be more customer-friendly to provide these essentials upfront, especially in a hotel of this size. Housekeeping: We experienced a delay in the cleaning of used utensils, which remained unattended for an entire day. Swimming Area: There were no towels available at the swimming pool initially. Although a staff member assured us that towels would be provided, it would be more efficient to have a few towels readily available for guests.
Dining: The food at the hotel was excellent, contributing positively to our stay.
Conclusion: Turyaa Chennai has the potential to be a top-tier hotel given its beautiful decor, cleanliness and prime location. However, the staff's lack of hospitality skills significantly detracts from the overall experience. A focus on improving staff training and customer service can greatly enhance the hotel's reputation and popularity in Chennai. With these adjustments, Turyaa Chennai can provide a truly welcoming and comfortable stay...

We need to send the proof in whatsapp (which will be informed only after we cross the huge queue waiting for checkin) - they dont even have scanners (mind you its a star property) When you have strict timings about checkin, you guys should think about the time wasted by guests for checkin process too
😊Have heard about the food festivals in Turyaa quiet often and recently had a chance to try their valentines week special set menu.
Location - located prominently on OMR road in kandanchavadi. It's hard to miss this hotel. This restaurant is located on the roof top floor.
Ambience - Both indoor and outdoor seating available. The open air seating is near to swimming pool and has also with a view of outside road. The indoor seating is no lesser in elegance.
Food - we had items from the valentines week special menu. Being a non veg person, I concentrated mostly on the nonveg dishes. Starting from chicken soup, presented beautifully. The veg counterpart - broccoli soup tasted so natural. Not a salad person, but the chicken Caesar salad with Murgh kebab was so tender and delicious. The main attraction of the set menu was the non veg starters - meat ball, grilled Quail and Crab spring roll. 😍😍😍 Meat ball was similar to the kola urundai. Grilled Quail was less in meat but great in taste. The crab spring roll was so crispy and soft at the same time. Among the veg starters - chilly cheese tikka was our favorite. In the main course we had chicken saltimbocca Desi masala served with garlic rice and coconut Roti. Their desserts are served in an eye catchy way - red velvet cake, Framboise, and French chocolate... And don't miss their mocktails, and have a sip with a view from roof top.
Service - 😊😊get ready to experience a five star service. The waiters are patient and knowledgeable about the dishes.
Pricing - premium Pricing as it's finedining...
