Really Disappointed here , the food is not up to the mark. After so many discussion with my friend we were visited the place. Because so many restaurants are closed in IGP area. So finally we just came here and ordered 3 varieties of dishes. But what i need to share is we almost sitted 15 min in table but none of them are taken the order from us. Finally one lady came to our table ( She just watched from billing area ) and taken the order from us. After taking the order its almost we waited 20 to 25 min in our table and again i asked that lady what happen to our food. Totally they wasted our time for taking the order as well as serving the order.
We are so hungry in that time , so we didnt have any chat with waiter and after our food came we just having those food. But what really shocking is the biryani quality is not good and taste is too different from other branches. In Mutton Biryani , the smell is like a biryani masala but the taste is too worst. They charged nearly 350 Rs for single mutton biryani but the quality of the food is not digestible. Finally we just had that biryani with gravy and raitha and finished that. We also Ordered tawa vanjaram fry , the fish smell is telling all the story of where the fish is came from. Because its just frozen'd and the taste of fish is like a hell. the masala which they marinated in fish is so worst.
Totally we are un-satisfied with all the food which they provided.

I was very cautious and usually stick to ordering from pure vegetarian restaurants to avoid such situations. But trusting the brand and the restaurant’s reputation, I went ahead—and that trust was completely broken.
This was supposed to be my first meal of the day after a long wait and a packed schedule. Not only was the order wrong, but it deeply hurt my sentiments and dietary commitment. When I reached out to customer support, I was coldly informed that a refund would be issued, but with no further support, empathy, or urgency. Now it’s been over an hour—no refund, no food, and no follow-up.
Swiggy’s policy says to “wait for two hours,” but how is that acceptable when: • I’ve been delivered non-vegetarian food when I strictly asked for vegetarian. • I have nothing else to eat due to time constraints. • There’s no way to reinitiate communication once the chat closes.
This isn’t just about a wrong dish—this is about being cheated. Cheated of food, time, money, and most importantly, trust.
