Went to have breakfast with family. Overall, it's shabby and not so neat. It's self serving, so first you order at the cash counter and pay. And if you think they would then take your order, and make the food, you're so wrong. Typical Ill mannered people rush up out of sequence, grab their food, and make a fool of you. You have to jostle at the serving counter, show your bill, and wait to grab your food. And if you want tea (no coffee here, strangely) it's a whopping ₹45 per cup. But it's good, I have to admit. Food, though, is just only about average. And, I'm never going back there, as we accidentally had spilled a bit of tea on the table, and one employee came out of the building as we left, to scold us on the road, for our mistake. What a...

I visited Hotel Saravana Bhavan, Perungudi at around 12:30 PM, and it was a complete disaster. The manager, Prabhakaran, was extremely unprofessional and rude, with zero regard for customers. The staff didn’t respond properly, service was painfully slow, and no one seemed to care.

The place was dirty and unhygienic, with tables left uncleared and an unpleasant smell in the air. Food quality was terrible and not worth the price at all. It honestly felt like a waste of time and money coming here.

This outlet is ruining the reputation of Saravana Bhavan. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this branch to anyone. Management should take strict action to...

The worst ever service..all ladies talk to each other when the customer is at the counter trying to give order. One star rating is even too much. You order two plate idli and one plate wada, they serve two plates idli and place one wada in jus one of the plate, when asked they place another wada in the other plate and charge 40 RS each for one piece wada.
