Orion Residency — Hotel in Zone 5 Royapuram

I am giving 1 star as there is no 0 star available, because this hotel does not deserve even a single star. The room stinks, the washrooms are not clean the blankets and bedsheets have stains on it and on asking for changing it and providing the new ones it was clearly rejected saying they have only this one. As it was not changed we planned to check out then and there and the hotel staff did not let to check out also. We hardly been in the room and once after the blankets and bedsheets rejection and washroom not being cleaned we checked out but the owner or manager not sure who he was denied from checking us out and after a huge argument when i asked for his name he did not tell even his name and when i tried to click his picture along with the hotel he and his staff attacked on me and my family and they closed their hotel doors for not letting us go out and started to threaten us and later they took some momey from us and let us go. Pathetic people and their staff, i request to the management team to please look into this matter as it is a safety concern, if you want you can check the cctv footage for the date of 17th oct during the noon time around 2pm or 3pm. Later after paying them some money he told his name is Mr. Mohammed Ali, not sure how correct it is. Very disappointed with this kind of rude behaviour, we were a family including my mother sister and all, and this is how we were treated, it has women safety issue, life threatening ssue, and many more like this. "I recently stayed at orion residency , and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The room had a bad smell that was quite overwhelming and made it hard to enjoy my stay. In addition, there were no wash towels provided in the room, which was inconvenient, and the water in the shower was not hot, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower.

To add to my frustration, I found the staff to be unresponsive to my concerns. Despite my repeated attempts to get their attention, they did not take action to address the issues I faced during my stay.
