KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I waited 40 minutes to receive my order. This is the worst KFC I have been to anywhere in the world. The staff are extremely disorganised and inefficient, not trained in the correct procedures of a fast-food chain. A 14 year-old child could do a better job than all four of the adult staff that were working there at the counter. When the restaurant is busy, they don't care about what time you placed your order, they will fulfil orders based on who is shoving their receipt in their faces the most. When I complained that I had been waiting for 40 minutes and that people who ordered after me received their orders before me, the rep said, "but there were alot of people asking for their orders" instead of acknowledging their bad service practices and apologising. A very poorly run business that will eventually run itself...

Ordered food through Swiggy. Delivery personnel named A Shaik Dawood delayed the delivery, did not reach the location and tried calling once. Since my number was not reachable, he did not even attempt to come to location and check. He then returned. I called to check. He was super rude and said that he is returning to restaurant and will not deliver. I requested him to return and deliver since I am waiting. He said that he will not deliver. I told him that I will complain about this and he said ok.

Even when swiggy agent spoke to him, he said that he will not deliver.

Did not expect this from KFC. Employing delivery personnel like this only spoils the good name of the restaurant. Hope the restaurant take strict action against people like this who treat customers like dirt and think that nothing...
