I ordered flower prawns. But they sent black tiger prawns instead. I specifically ordered flower prawns because they are sea prawns while most of the tiger prawns these days are farmed in artificial ponds with full of chemicals and antibiotics. If they don't have the item I want, they should inform me or cancel the order. But they send whatever they please thinking the customer is a fool and will blindly accept whatever they send. This has happened a couple of times in the past as well. Once or twice we can ignore. But these ppl are doing like this repeatedly. This is nothing less than cheating. Had the most awful experience buying fish here through Dunzo app. I ordered 1 kg seer fish and they delivery miscellaneous items of slices from different sizes of fish. They also sent me a 1/4 kg shark fish, which was one part of the 1 kg seer fish. Maybe they thought I will not recognise the difference between seer fish and shark fish. Only 2 slices of fish were fresh. The rest was chopped in big chunks. Maybe that's how they cook 😂 and eat fish I believe. Maybe that's how they fry it.
