D'Sovia Hotel Bandung — Hotel in Bandung City

Nice hotel in the middle of Bandung City. Affordable price via RedDoors. The rooms are okay, a little small in the back side of the building (South Side) like 25m sq.

The swimming pool located at the top level. Supposed to be open at 7am, but during my visit it was closed (the receptionist said the guard isn't yet coming... to bad =( )

During the pandemic, the restaurant is not open. Breakfast was delivered to your room. During my visit, the menu was provided by 3th party catering.

Being in the middle of Bandung City, many street food cart just along the road, and many more in the next corner (less than 10 minutes walks). The street food was a bit pricey than it usual price in other places. Be caution for Muslim, as some of the street food along the hotel road is Haram (pork, frog/swike).

The parking building next to the hotel is spacious (5 levels parking building). Drop your belonging at the lobby, than head to the parking building.

There is a police station next to the hotel for your comfort. There is also some mini restaurant just next to the hotel should you feel hungry. An Indomart at the South of the hotel should you need for some snack or...

Do not judge the book by its cover, maybe it's a fitting phrase for this hotel. The location is quite strategic, close to the station, mall, and market. When viewed from the outside, the hotel building looks old, but when it is inside, you will get a comfortable hotel.||The front office staff and other staff are very friendly and like to greet guests. There are two lifts at this hotel. The pool on the upper floor has a fairly large size. There are also chairs and mini bar around the swimming pool. You can enjoy views of the city and also the mountains on the rooftop.||I did not taste the food at the Restaurant. The room has a fairly large size, as well as the bathroom. There is a hairdryer, a water heater complete with coffee and tea. There was a fairly large wardrobe, but there was no safe deposit box and the towels looked old. Staying this place for vacation. Actually have a problem before choose this hotel. I book in the same day. Fortunately overall is good. They have large space of parking area. Located on the same area with chinese restaurant and bakpau outlet. The location also very strategic. You can walk to cibadak street which famous with their foods. Also near with paskal hyper square. The room also clean and big enough for standard. Breakfast is okay. My favorite is pudding. They also have swimming pool. They have smoking and non smoking room.
