Hi, I’m a regular at sushi hiro paskal 23. Last week i came in and sat in front of the sushi bar where the chef would make the sushi in front of me, there was 1 female chef that made me uncomfortable because:
She jokes all the time with her colleagues loudly, even said a few curse words such as “anjir” a lot and she did it very LOUDLY.
I ordered salmon belly chirashi and I had to wait very long because i heard she made a mistake with my order which is totally understandable but i heard her talking poorly about me, saying if i ask anything about my order to just “tell her that it is being processed” even though i didn’t say anything about my order and the fact that i sat in front of her which i find very rude and unprofessional.
She mentioned there was a few salmon skin left on the salmon belly part when she was making my order and she DID NOT do anything about it until i did find a few salmon belly pieces that still have tough and chewy skin on it that i couldn’t even chew/swallow i had to spit it out because of how tough it was.
I came here a lot and honestly this is my first bad experience with sushi hiro paskal 23 and it was to be honest very disappointing. I would not come back as often anymore. Please do something about...

The beef was sooo tender, so was the katsu. Highly recommended if you love Japanese curry.
Now on to the main event: sushi. Both were astounding on its own and fresh with the salmon nigiri being slightly superior than the maguro. The cuts are thick, really worth the price. Dipping them in the shoyu really brings out the best of the meat. Really makes me wonder what the higher quality ones taste like. If you love wasabi, theirs is not too strong, perfect for my liking.
Not to mention, the service was absolutely amazing. Even in rush hours, the staff really gave their best to serve every customer. Big...
