Kobe Chinese & Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Bandung City

First off, the food? Oh man, it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. Chinese food, they've got it all, and it's all delicious. Seriously, you'll be dreaming about their dishes for days.

But here's the buzzkill – the service. Our server was just not bringing the A-game, and not exactly winning any awards for kindness.. Forgot about bowls, tossed the menu to our table, seemed more interested in their phone than our table, most importantly, she looks like she doesn't even want to be there. It's like, come on, we deserve better service. Altough, the chefs were pretty chill, and kind, so it's okay.

They have a very large menu, from Chinese, Japanese , steaks, traditional Indonesian snacks and cuisines and also a lot of drink choices, but in reality they don't have much ingredients to keep up the large menu they have, so what happens when you order some of their food is that high chance they don't have the ingredients to prepare it for you, so then they ask if you would like something else which is very inconvenient.

The portion is not consistent, sometimes a lot sometimes not, they also sometimes forget to give salad when I want to take away the order, had to be reminded.

Ventilation is also very bad, the smoke from cooking was going inside the restaurant because of the wind fr outside, there are no exhaust at all.

For now I don't recommend to eat at this branch, if you want KOBE foods in the afternoon, just go to the one at PASKAL 23 Mall inside food court on level 2.

This branch didn't taste the same as the one in Cibadak, but the price is still affordable and portion is big enough. Cleanliness is so so, I hope the owner will renovate the...
